The Management of Mt Hotham are not only responsible for attracting and accommodating the 150,000 odd visitors that arrive each ski season they also have the responsibility of running the town. Mid Coast Water provides water services to the Manning Great Lakes community on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales. Within the region they supply 11 billion litres of water a year to 35,000 households spread over 7000 square kilometres. With over 260 Contractors to manage, MidCoat Water had identified that their  exposure to risk, due to their current systems, was unacceptable. They identified that the ability to easily track that their contractors insurances were up to date, was critical.

With the implementation of Contractors as an easy to use, web browser, based solution, they have mitigated that risk, and have improved the productivity of their own team and of the company’s who contract to them.
