The alternative management solution for council, CivicView will be presented at the annual Local Government Management Association Conference in Sydney next month.

LGMA (NSW) 2010 delegates have opportunity to review functionality used by councils across the state, including features that continue to attract new organisations to implement the system, including Jerilderie Shire Council in New South Wales.

“We already have a long-standing association with New South Wales councils and had a very positive response to the new-look product, so I’m looking forward to demonstrating this at LGMA” said CivicView’s Ben Cronin.

Built in collaboration with Australian local government, massive development investments have recently brought CivicView to match functionality offered by competitive giants – a strategy already reaping rewards.

In addition to a number of new contracts in recent weeks, CivicView was selected as a ‘pre-qualified supplier’ of council business systems by LocalBuy, the official procurement partner to Queensland Local Government earlier this year.

“All the evidence you need is in the product and our customer base - CivicView has successfully sustained a diversity of sites for more than 10 years,” said Cronin.

“We’re excited to be able to present ourselves as an experienced alternative that may have simply been overlooked in the past,” he said.
